- Any incentives are for service referrals / platform opportunities, not real estate commissions.
- Partners remain independently responsible for their own licensing, brokerage compliance, disclosures, and legal obligations.
- FlexDrive does not supervise real estate representation or transactions; partner agrees not to misrepresent FlexDrive as a brokerage.
- Referral payouts are only for allowed service/business referrals and must comply with all applicable laws.
